What we deal with on some level every day – whether its the global climate or just our lives state – we all know depression all too well. Whether or not this is overwhelming or not determines whether we suffer from a true case of paralyzing depression. I always have that feeling in my soul that somethings not right and it weighs on my emotions – some days more than others. Doing something about it every day gives me strength and hope that my future is better continually.

From experience I can say that my case is no longer treatment-necessary and I now still feel it but it seems to have become a general fear about our global future – not knowing what will happen, state of the country I live in and general global issues. So its become something that I find is common in the culture. I hear many complaints about things that I also find unacceptable and I know that the solutions breach the scope of the individual.

This world has issues that we can only commonly overcome and some fear that pressure more than others.

Sensitive individuals are more prone to depression than the ones that can deal with a lot of stress so its only natural that some of us feel the weight of the world or our lives more than others and I think that its these sensitives that will change the face of our collective future.
By listening to their feedback we will become more compassionate, listen more and solve our spiritual crisis. Our problems stashed away will become physical boundaries that we will have to overcome if we want to be a global culture that can actually have some dignity.
A sort of patriotism that makes you a citizen of the world instead of resident in a country that is run like a business – cold-hearted and methodical.
